We know how busy life can be, that’s why we send appointment reminders by email or SMS. We will confirm your appointment two days prior to your booked appointment.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to fill in the paperwork. Alternately you can fill in your paperwork online – just ask us how!

If you are unwell or need to change your appointment day or time, please phone us, our receptionists are happy to help. Where possible, we appreciate 48 hours notice to change or move your appointment.

We offer a variety of options to pay for treatment. Payment is required at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.
