Our Fees
Following your examination, we will always provide you with a treatment plan and fee estimate before we start any treatment. This means there are no hidden costs or surprises.
Our dentists consult with you to determine the treatment option that best suits your needs and your budget.
Due to the nature of dental services, it is not possible to give an accurate quote for treatment prior to performing a complete assessment of your case. In some cases we can give you fee estimates over the phone, but they will only be a rough guide and may change once your specific situation has been assessed by our dentists.
Please contact us if you have any concerns. We aim to give you honest answers to your questions and we will try to provide you with all the information you need. We are always happy to help should you need any advice or need a second opinion.
Bulk Billing for Veteran’s Affairs and CDBS
We offer bulk billing for Veteran’s Affairs patients and for patients eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)!
If you hold a Department of Veteran’s Affairs Gold Card, your dental treatment will be bulk billed so there is no cost to you. Please bring your card to your appointment.
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a means tested scheme which allows eligible children between the ages of 2 and 18 years to access $1000 of dental treatment every two years. If you are unsure if your child is eligible for the CDBS, just ask our friendly reception team!
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, EFTPOS and most major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) to pay for your dental treatment.
If you have health insurance with dental extras cover, we can claim directly from your health insurance fund using our HICAPS facility. You will only need to pay the difference at the time of your treatment. Members of all health insurance funds are able to claim for services provided.
Payment plans are available for certain treatments to allow you to have the dental treatment you need before the problems become more serious, painful and costly. As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer payment plans with Zip Money to allow you to begin your treatment immediately, then pay for it over time. If you are interested in using one of our payment plan options for your treatment plan, please discuss this with your dentist prior to treatment.
